What is the 30-day promise?

Every plan has a setup list: your Google profile put right, your listings submitted, review requests switched on, tracking set up and your first coverage map, plus your first new pages on Growth and Area Leader. If that list is not finished within 30 days, we refund the month. The 30 days start once you have connected Google, confirmed your jobs and areas, and connected your website where your plan includes pages.

My website is not on WordPress. Can I still have new pages?

Yes. On WordPress we publish each page as a draft for you to approve. On anything else you get the finished pages each month, ready to paste in with a short guide, and we check they went live. If your site is holding you back, we can talk about a new one.

When will I see a difference?

Reviews and your Google profile move first, often within a few weeks. New pages take longer, usually a few months, before Google shows them near the top. Your dashboard shows where you come up from the first week, so you can watch it change. We never promise a position on Google, because nobody can.

What do you need from me?

About twenty minutes in the first week: connect your Google profile with your own login, confirm the jobs you want more of and the areas you cover, and connect your website if your plan includes pages. After that, approve replies and new pages when they arrive.

What do I keep if I leave?

Everything that is yours stays yours: the pages on your website, your directory listings and your Google profile. We delete the logins you gave us, and nothing is taken down. You can also remove our access from your Google profile and delete the SEO Pages application password in WordPress whenever you like.

Can I talk to someone?

Plans run by email, which keeps the price where it is. If you would rather have a person on your side with regular calls, that is our done-with-you programme, and the first call is free.
