SEO Pages provides programmatic SEO services including location page generation, SEO website builds, and ongoing SEO management. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or proposal.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices listed on our website are indicative starting prices and may vary based on project scope. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal before work begins. All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, designs, code, and graphics, is owned by SEO Pages unless otherwise stated. Clients receive full ownership of their completed website and content upon final payment.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business information, service areas, and service descriptions
  • Timely review and approval of content and designs
  • Maintaining their domain registration and hosting credentials
  • Ensuring their business details (phone, email, address) are current

6. Limitation of Liability

SEO Pages is not liable for search engine ranking positions, as rankings depend on many factors outside our control. We commit to building websites and pages following current SEO best practices, but we do not guarantee specific ranking positions or traffic volumes.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

One-time project fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly management services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refunds are provided for partial months.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. We may reference completed client work in our portfolio and case studies unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
