Is the AI visibility check really free?
Yes. There's nothing to pay and no card to enter. We ask for your email so we can send your report, and we won't add you to a mailing list. Each check costs us money to run, which is why there are 20 a day.
Which AI tools does it check?
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews, the AI answer that appears at the top of some Google searches.
What questions do you ask?
Twelve, written for your business. Eight are questions a new customer would ask about your trade in your town, like "who's the best plumber in Bromley?" or "who can fit a new boiler in Bromley?". Four ask about you by name, like "is Smith and Sons Plumbing any good?". The score counts the first eight.
Why does AI recommend my competitors?
AI builds its answers from what the web says: review sites, directories, local news and websites that say plainly what a business does and where. Businesses with more of that get named. Your report shows which sites AI used for your trade, so you know where to start.
Will I get the same result if I check again?
Not exactly. AI answers change from day to day, and each tool words things differently. The check is a snapshot of one day, which is why our AI visibility service tracks the same questions every week. If you check the same business again within a week, you get the same report.
