- What technology do you build on?
- We build on Next.js deployed to Vercel Pro — the same stack we use for our own site. It delivers fast load times, excellent Core Web Vitals, and is built to rank. Commercial client sites require Vercel Pro (not Hobby), which we include in every Care tier.
- Is there a build fee and then a monthly Care fee?
- Yes. There is a one-off build fee that covers the design, build, and launch of your site. After that, you choose a Care tier for ongoing hosting, maintenance, and improvements. We can talk through both on a discovery call.
- What is included in the monthly change allowance?
- The change allowance covers content updates, page edits, image swaps, new service additions, and minor layout tweaks. Larger projects — like a full new section or complex integrations — are scoped separately.
- Do you guarantee uptime?
- We use Vercel Pro infrastructure, which is highly reliable, and we monitor your site around the clock. A contractual uptime SLA (like 99.99%) requires Vercel Enterprise and is available on custom arrangements. What we promise on standard Care tiers is proactive monitoring and fast response, not a contractual uptime figure.
- Can I combine this with the SEO Growth programme?
- Yes — and it works well together. A well-maintained, fast site is the foundation of strong SEO. Many clients start with a Web Build, then add the SEO Growth programme once the site is live.
