FAQs / Google Business Profile
How do I contact Google to verify my business?
You usually do not need to contact anyone. Verification starts inside your profile: sign in, find your business and select 'Get verified', then follow the method Google offers. If that fails or no method works, use the Business Profile Help Centre's contact option, which needs you to be signed in.

Verification is self-service. Sign in to the Google account that manages the profile, search for your business name on Google or open the Google Maps app, and select 'Get verified'. Google then shows the methods available to you, which might include a recorded video, a live video call, a phone call or text, or an email.
If you get stuck, the official route is the Google Business Profile Help Centre at support.google.com/business. There is a contact option for the Business Profile support team, and you need to be signed in to the account that manages the profile to use it. Google may offer chat or email depending on your issue and region.
Ignore phone numbers you find on random websites claiming to be Google Business support. Google does not run a general helpline that verifies listings over the phone, and calls promising to verify or protect your profile for a fee are a common scam.
The Google Business Profile Community forum is another place to ask. It is run by volunteers and Google staff, and the experienced members there have seen most verification problems before. It can be quicker than waiting on support for a common snag, though it cannot change anything on your account directly.
