Campaign Management
B2B PPC Agency
SEO Pages is a B2B PPC agency for UK firms that sell services to other businesses, where one contract is worth thousands and the sale takes weeks. A managed IT services click costs about forty-six pounds in the UK, so the account has to learn which clicks became customers, not which ones filled in a form.

- Your account, your card
- You pay Google or Meta directly and keep full access to the ad account. If you leave, it stays yours.
- Tracking before spend
- Nothing goes live until calls and form enquiries are counted, so every report is in enquiries, not clicks.
- One published fee
- The management fee is on the Campaign Management page, worked out from your monthly ad spend.
Where the money usually goes
- Every form fill counts as a win, so the account learns to find students, job seekers and suppliers.
- Sales close in the CRM weeks later, and nothing tells Google which enquiries became customers.
- Campaigns bid on broad category searches full of people researching, comparing salaries or looking for free tools.
- One landing page serves every service and every buyer.
- Ads run at weekends and overnight, when the buyer is not at work and the search is usually personal.
- Nobody reads the search terms, so 'what is managed IT' and 'IT support jobs' keep costing money.
What we run instead
- Offline conversion import from your CRM, so Google learns from qualified enquiries and won deals instead of form fills.
- A campaign per service line, each with its own budget and landing page.
- Exclusions for jobs, salaries, courses, definitions, free and template searches.
- Ad schedules set to the hours your buyers search, once the data shows what those are.
- Facebook and Instagram retargeting for people who visited a service page, with case studies and proof.
- Reporting on cost per qualified enquiry and cost per deal, using the outcomes your team records.
What B2B PPC costs per click
Google's Keyword Planner estimates for UK searches, October 2026: 'managed it services' about forty-six pounds a click, 'it support services' about thirty-six, 'crm software' about twenty-three, 'office furniture' about fifteen, 'commercial cleaning' about seven.
At those prices the useful measure is cost per deal. A form filled in by a student costs as much as one from a finance director, and only your CRM knows the difference.
Offline conversion import for B2B PPC
When someone clicks an ad, Google adds a click ID to the visit. We store it with the enquiry. When your team marks that enquiry as qualified or won in the CRM, the outcome goes back to Google Ads, and bidding starts to favour the searches that turn into customers.
It takes a few weeks of outcomes before the effect shows, and it only works if your team keeps the CRM up to date. We set up the fields and show your team what to mark.
B2B PPC and long sales cycles
If a deal takes six weeks to close, judging the account after two weeks measures nothing. We agree an early measure, usually qualified enquiries, and a later one, deals won, and report both from the start.
Where B2B PPC stops
We run Google and Meta. We do not run LinkedIn Ads, where targeting by job title is strong and clicks are expensive. If your buyers can only be reached there, we will tell you on the call. Products the buyer does not know exist yet tend to do better from content and outbound than from search ads.
Already running ads? We will look at the account before the call and tell you what we find.

- Does PPC work for B2B?
- For services buyers search for when they have a need, such as IT support, cleaning contracts, accountants and equipment hire, yes. It works less well for products the buyer has never heard of, where nobody is searching yet.
- Which CRMs can you connect?
- HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and most CRMs that can store a click ID against a contact. Where a CRM cannot send outcomes automatically, a regular upload from a spreadsheet does the same job.
- Do you run LinkedIn Ads?
- No. We run Google and Meta, and we will say on the call if LinkedIn is the better fit for your buyers.
- How long before we know it is working?
- Qualified enquiries show in the first month. Deals take as long as your sales cycle, so allow two or three cycles before judging cost per deal.
- Who owns the ad account?
- You do. The account sits in your name, you pay Google from your own card, and we work inside it with manager access. If you stop working with us, the account, its history and its tracking stay with you.
