Campaign Management

Ecommerce PPC Agency

SEO Pages is an ecommerce PPC agency for UK online shops that sell through Google Search and Meta. We run brand, product and category Search campaigns and Facebook and Instagram ads, with sales tracked to the order. We do not manage Shopping feeds or Performance Max, so if most of your sales come from Shopping, we will tell you on the call.

Your account, your card
You pay Google or Meta directly and keep full access to the ad account. If you leave, it stays yours.
Tracking before spend
Nothing goes live until calls and form enquiries are counted, so every report is in enquiries, not clicks.
One published fee
The management fee is on the Campaign Management page, worked out from your monthly ad spend.

Where the money usually goes

  • Your brand name is left unprotected, and resellers or marketplaces buy the top slot for it.
  • Purchase tracking fires twice or on the basket page, so reported sales and return on spend are wrong.
  • Campaigns are judged on revenue instead of margin, so low-margin products look like winners.
  • Meta runs on the browser pixel alone, so privacy settings hide a share of purchases.
  • Ads send people to the home page instead of the product or category they searched for.
  • Nobody excludes searches for free, second-hand, repairs or jobs.

What we run instead

  • Brand campaigns that keep your own name at the top at a low cost per click.
  • Search campaigns for product and category searches with buying intent, each sent to the matching page.
  • Facebook and Instagram campaigns for new customers, with retargeting for people who viewed a product and left.
  • Purchase tracking checked end to end on Google and Meta, including server-side events, before budgets rise.
  • Reporting on margin as well as revenue, using the cost figures you give us.
  • Exclusion lists for free, used, repair, jobs and how-to searches.

What our ecommerce PPC covers, and what it does not

We run Google Search, brand protection and Meta. We do not run Google Shopping, Merchant Center feeds or Performance Max. For many shops Shopping is the biggest channel, and it is specialist work in product data and feed errors. If that is where your sales come from, we will say so and you should hire a feed specialist.

We help most where a shop has a known brand, a high-value product people research before buying, or a product new enough that customers need to see it on Facebook or Instagram first.

Ecommerce PPC and the numbers that matter

Return on ad spend hides margin. A product with a thirty per cent margin needs ad revenue of more than three times the spend before the ads make any money, and that is before returns and delivery. We ask for margin by product line and set targets from it, so a campaign selling low-margin stock at a high return does not get more budget than it has earned.

Brand campaigns for online shops

Bidding on your own name can look like paying for customers you already have. In practice resellers, marketplaces and comparison sites often bid on it, and the top slot goes to whoever pays. A brand campaign usually costs little per click because Google rates you as the most relevant result for your own name, and it keeps that slot yours.

Ecommerce PPC on Facebook and Instagram

Meta finds customers who were not searching, which suits products people buy on sight. It needs new creative every few weeks, because the same image stops working once the audience has seen it. We plan creative in rounds and retarget people who viewed a product, added to basket or bought before.

Questions online shops ask us

Do you manage Google Shopping?
No. We run Search and Meta. If Shopping is your main channel, we will say so before you sign anything.
Which shop platforms do you work with?
Shopify, WooCommerce and most platforms that let us add Google and Meta tracking to the checkout. We place a test order to check purchase tracking before any budget goes up.
What ad spend does an online shop need?
Enough for each campaign to record purchases every week, or the platforms cannot learn which customers buy. On the call we work out whether your prices and margins can support that.
How do you report?
Orders, revenue and margin by campaign, from the purchase tracking and the cost figures you give us, in a dashboard and a monthly report.
Who owns the ad account?
You do. The account sits in your name, you pay Google from your own card, and we work inside it with manager access. If you stop working with us, the account, its history and its tracking stay with you.
